Invite staff and set roles
Add teammates and control what owners, admins, staff, and viewers can access.

Invite your team
Open Staff and send invites by email. New teammates set a password from the invite link.
Roles
- Owner — full access including billing and payroll
- Admin — run the shop day to day
- Staff — tickets, customers, and counter work
- Viewer — read-only where supported
Best practice
Give front desk Staff, keep billing on Owner, and avoid sharing one login across the whole shop.
