What Inventory is for
Items is your parts and products list — screens, batteries, cases, cables, and anything else you stock.
Set up items
Create categories, then add items with SKU, cost, retail price, and stock by location. Use variations when the same part has colors or grades.
Stock movement
Receive stock when a shipment arrives, adjust for damage or cycle counts, and transfer between locations if you have more than one store.
Low stock
Set thresholds so your team gets alerts before you run out mid-repair. Pair this with purchase orders when you reorder often.
