ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited and restricted uses of LML Repair Shops (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. LAWFUL USE
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection, privacy, telecommunications, and payment rules relevant to your repair business.
2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not:
- Use the Service for fraud, harassment, threats, or abusive conduct
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe system vulnerabilities
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages without proper consent
- Store or transmit unlawful content
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law
- Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the Service
- Use automated scraping or excessive API activity that degrades performance
3. CUSTOMER DATA RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- Collecting customer information lawfully
- Providing appropriate notices where required
- Limiting staff access to sensitive records
- Responding to customer requests about their data when you are the controller
4. PAYMENTS & COMMUNICATIONS
If you use invoicing, SMS, or email features, you must honor opt-out requests, include required disclosures, and avoid deceptive messaging.
5. SECURITY OBLIGATIONS
You must maintain strong passwords, revoke access for former employees promptly, and notify us at support@lmlrepair.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
6. ENFORCEMENT
We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts. We may also remove content or restrict features to protect users and the platform.
