REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Effective Date: June 25, 2026 Version: 1.0.0 This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel LML Repair Shops and when refunds may be available. 1. CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@lmlrepair.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. 2. FREE TRIAL CANCELLATION If you are in a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid conversion to a paid subscription. Trial conversion timing is shown at signup. 3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may provide refunds or credits at our discretion for: - Duplicate charges - Verified billing errors - Extended service outages materially preventing use - Other exceptional circumstances reviewed case by case 4. ANNUAL PLANS If you prepaid annually and cancel mid-term, we do not typically provide prorated refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion. 5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND Email support@lmlrepair.com with your shop name, account email, charge date, and reason for the request. We aim to review requests within a reasonable timeframe. 6. CHARGEBACKS Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks for valid charges may result in account suspension. 7. DATA AFTER CANCELLATION After cancellation, you may export records while your account remains active. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy. 8. CHANGES We may update this policy from time to time.
