SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING TERMS

These Subscription & Billing Terms apply to paid access to LML Repair Shops and are incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. PLANS & PRICING
Plan features, limits, and pricing are shown on our pricing page or in your account. We may offer monthly or annual billing depending on plan availability.
2. FREE TRIALS
We may offer time-limited free trials. Trial eligibility, duration, and included features are described at signup. We may require a payment method to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may convert to a paid plan at the then-current rate.
3. BILLING CYCLE & RENEWAL
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and add-ons.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
You must provide a valid payment method and keep billing details current. Failed payments may result in suspension after reasonable notice.
5. TAXES
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes associated with your purchase, excluding taxes based on our net income.
6. UPGRADES, DOWNGRADES & CHANGES
Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the change. Feature availability may vary by plan.
7. LATE PAYMENT & SUSPENSION
If payment fails, we may retry charges, restrict access, or suspend the account after notice. Extended non-payment may result in termination.
8. PRICE CHANGES
We may change prices for future billing periods. Material price increases will be communicated in advance where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing for renewal periods.
9. INVOICES & RECORDS
Billing history is available in your account dashboard where supported.
10. DISPUTES
Contact support@lmlrepair.com before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
11. REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
