Anyone still using MyRepairApp for ticketing? Worth switching?
I've been using MyRepairApp for ticketing for the past couple of years in my shop, and I'm starting to wonder if it's still the best option for us. While it's been fairly user-friendly and integrates well with our existing systems, I've heard mixed reviews about its customer support and the overall pricing structure. I'm particularly interested in how it stacks up against other software like RepairShopr or Shop-Ware—especially regarding workflow efficiency and vendor integrations. Has anyone made the switch recently, and is it worth it?

I switched from MyRepairApp to RepairShopr about six months ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions for my shop. The workflow is much smoother, and the reporting features are top-notch. Customer support has been incredibly responsive, which was a big issue for me previously with MyRepairApp. Plus, the pricing is more transparent; I know exactly what I'm paying for each month without any surprise fees. If you’re looking for efficiency and good support, I highly recommend considering a switch.
I still use MyRepairApp, and while it has its quirks, I think it really depends on your specific needs. For a smaller shop, it can be pretty effective and straightforward for managing tickets and customer interactions. However, I've found that as we scaled, we started running into limitations, especially with integrations for parts ordering. If you're content with the basic features and have a smaller volume of tickets, it might still work for you, but keep an eye on your growth needs.
