Anyone still using RepairDesk for ticketing? Worth switching?
I've been using RepairDesk for a while now, and I'm starting to wonder if it's still the best fit for my shop. I love the simplicity of the ticketing system, but I’ve heard mixed reviews about the customer support and some integration issues with parts vendors. I'm curious if others are finding it worthwhile or if they've switched to something better. What alternatives are out there that might meet my needs? I'm especially interested in aspects like pricing and workflow efficiency as my shop continues to grow.

I switched from RepairDesk to a combination of Square for point-of-sale and a dedicated ticketing system called Freshdesk. The integration was seamless, and I found that the reporting features in Square helped me manage my sales and inventory better than RepairDesk ever did. Customer support has been top-notch with Freshdesk, and the automation features save me a ton of time. If you're looking for something with more robust integrations and less hassle, I'd definitely recommend exploring these options.
I've been using RepairDesk for ticketing for over a year now, and while it has its quirks, I still find it pretty effective for my needs. The ticketing system is straightforward and works well for managing customer interactions. However, I do agree that their customer support can be hit or miss. If you're just starting out or have a smaller volume of tickets, it might still be a good fit. Just ensure you have a backup plan if you run into any issues.
