Anyone still using RepairShopr for ticketing? Worth switching?
I've been using RepairShopr for ticketing for a while now, and I'm starting to wonder if it's still the best fit for my shop. The ticketing system works fine, but I feel like there might be more efficient solutions out there. I've heard about alternatives like Square and Zoho, but I'm not sure if they would integrate well with my current setup. I really need something that can streamline my workflow without adding too much complexity. In addition to ticketing, I want to ensure that whatever I switch to can handle inventory management and customer communications effectively. If anyone has experience with switching from RepairShopr or has insights on how it compares to other software, I'd love to hear the pros and cons. My priority is keeping my operations smooth and customer satisfaction high!

I switched from RepairShopr to Zoho a few months ago, and it has been a game changer for my shop. The ticketing system in Zoho is very intuitive, and the automation features have cut down on a lot of manual work. Plus, the integration with my inventory and customer relationship management is seamless. The pricing is also competitive, and I found the transition easy because I could import my existing data. If you’re looking for something that can grow with you and has a solid support network, I highly recommend giving Zoho a shot. It’s definitely worth considering!
I’ve been using RepairShopr for ticketing for over two years now, and it works well for my needs. While there are other options out there, I feel that RepairShopr has a solid grasp on the repair industry specifically. The customer support is responsive, and their reporting features help me keep track of everything effectively. If you’re happy with the basics and just need a reliable system, I’d suggest sticking with it for now. But if you’re looking for advanced features, then exploring alternatives might be a good idea as well.
