Average screen repair price in Atlanta?

Jordan K.Circuit City Repairs2 answers

Hey everyone, I'm looking to get a sense of what other shops are charging for screen repairs in Atlanta. I've been in business for a couple of years now, and I currently charge $150 for an iPhone screen repair. It seems to be about the going rate, but I'm curious if anyone has adjusted their prices recently or if they have any insights into local competition. Also, do you find that certain vendors provide better quality parts that justify a higher price? I want to make sure I’m competitive while still maintaining a good margin.

Hi! I run a shop in downtown Atlanta and have been charging $160 for iPhone screen repairs recently. I've noticed that the quality of parts can really impact customer satisfaction. I source my screens from a vendor called PartsKing, and they have consistently provided high-quality components. I found that customers are willing to pay a bit more for better durability and warranty coverage. I also use RepairShopr for managing quotes and customer history, which has helped streamline my workflow significantly. If you’re not using software yet, I highly recommend it to keep track of pricing and parts.

I charge around $145 for iPhone screens, and I’ve kept my prices competitive by regularly checking what nearby shops are doing. I get my parts from iFixit, and while they are a bit pricier, the quality is worth it. I definitely think it's important to find a balance between price and quality. Sometimes I’ll throw in a screen protector as a bonus to sweeten the deal without cutting into my repair price too much. Also, don’t forget to consider your labor costs when setting prices!
