Best wholesale supplier for Steam Deck flex cables?
Hey everyone, I'm looking for the best wholesale supplier for Steam Deck flex cables. I’ve been getting quite a few repair requests for these units, and I've noticed that sourcing the flex cables can be a bit of a headache. I want to find a reliable supplier who offers a good balance of price and quality. I'm also curious about their RMA policy because I've had issues with defective parts in the past. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve had great luck with a supplier called iFixit. Their flex cables for the Steam Deck have been consistently high quality, and they offer a decent RMA policy — I've only had to return a couple of items over the past year, but they handled it really well. Pricing is competitive as well; I usually pay around $15 per cable when I order in bulk. Using their parts has significantly reduced my repair turnaround time, which is great for my shop’s workflow. Plus, their website is user-friendly and integrates well with my shop management software, so that helps streamline my ordering process.
If you’re looking for another option, I’ve also sourced from a company called Parts-People. They’ve got a good selection, and their prices are slightly lower than iFixit, usually around $12 per cable. However, I’ve had mixed experiences with their RMA policy, as it can take longer for them to process returns. Just something to keep in mind if you go that route. They do have a wide variety of other parts too, so it might be worth checking them out.
