Best wholesale supplier for Surface Pro screens?
Hey everyone, I'm currently looking for a reliable wholesale supplier for Surface Pro screens. My shop has seen an uptick in these repairs lately, and I want to ensure I'm sourcing quality parts without breaking the bank. I've tried a couple of vendors, but the quality has been hit or miss, and the RMA policies can be confusing. What suppliers are you all using for Surface Pro screens? I'm particularly interested in their pricing, warranty terms, and how easy it is to process returns if there's a defect. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I've been sourcing my Surface Pro screens from a supplier called iFixit. They offer a decent price point and their parts are generally of good quality. The best part is their RMA policy — it's straightforward. If you receive a defective screen, they usually process the return quickly, which has saved me a lot of hassle. I also like that they provide detailed repair guides, which help my techs during the install process. Just make sure to buy in bulk to get the best prices! Hope this helps!
I've had mixed experiences with different suppliers. One that I found somewhat reliable is RepairPartsPlus. Their pricing is competitive, but I've noticed that their quality can vary. I had a batch of screens with color issues which took some back and forth to resolve. Their RMA process isn't as streamlined as I'd like, so keep that in mind. I also use Shop-Ware for managing my repair workflow, and it integrates well with tracking parts and orders.
