HTPC repair keeps coming back — what am I missing?
I've been dealing with this recurring issue on a customer's HTPC for a few weeks now. The unit keeps crashing during media playback, and I've replaced several components including the power supply and RAM, but the issue persists. I've run stress tests on the CPU and GPU, and both seem to be functioning within normal limits. The customer primarily uses it for streaming services and occasional gaming, so I want to ensure it's reliable.
