iMac repair keeps coming back — what am I missing?
I've been having a tough time with an iMac repair that keeps coming back to my shop. The issue started with a failing hard drive, which I replaced with a new SSD. After that, the customer reported that the machine was still crashing intermittently. I ran diagnostics, and everything checked out fine.
