Best wholesale supplier for DJI Mavic motors?
As the owner of SkyTech Drones, a small repair shop focused on DJI Mavic models (Mavic Pro, Mavic 2 Zoom, and Mavic Air), I'm reaching out for some advice on sourcing replacement motors. We've experienced a fair amount of motor failures recently, which has impacted our workflow. I want to ensure we maintain a good balance between price and quality for our customers. The last batch we purchased from a local vendor was subpar, leading to several RMAs, which is a headache both for us and our clients. We typically pay around $40 per motor, but I’m open to suggestions for better wholesale prices or more reliable vendors. If you have experiences with suppliers who offer quality motors with a solid return policy, I’d love to hear about them. Ultimately, I’m looking for a reliable supply chain that can help us reduce downtime and enhance our service quality.

Hi there! As a veteran in the drone repair business for over six years, I've had my fair share of experiences with various suppliers for DJI Mavic motors. One of the most reliable sources I’ve found is DronePartsDepot. They offer competitive pricing, usually around $35 per motor for the Mavic Pro and Mavic 2. The quality is solid, and I've rarely encountered issues with defective parts. What I appreciate most is their RMA process, which is straightforward and efficient. They provide a 30-day warranty on parts, allowing us to address any customer concerns quickly. Additionally, their online ordering platform integrates well with our shop management software, which streamlines our workflow. If you order in bulk, you can negotiate better rates. Overall, I highly recommend them for quality and service.
Hi! I’m relatively new to the drone repair scene, but I've been using a supplier called AirPartsOnline for my DJI Mavic motor needs. They have decent prices, typically around $42 per motor, but I’ve found that their quality is hit or miss. I ordered a batch recently, and while most were fine, I faced a few RMAs, which was frustrating. They do have a solid return policy, but it can take a while to process claims. One thing that helps is their customer service; they are responsive if you have issues. It's worth checking them out if you're in a pinch, but I'd recommend ordering small quantities initially to test their reliability before committing to a larger order.
Hey everyone! I own a smaller shop, Precision Drones, and have been using a vendor called ProDroneParts. Their pricing for Mavic motors is about $36, which is attractive, but I've had a few issues with quality control. I received a few defective motors in my last shipment, leading to RMAs that took longer than expected to resolve. They do offer an online platform that makes reordering easy, but I think they need to improve their QC process. In my experience, it might be worth investing a bit more for a supplier with a proven track record, especially if your shop is focused on customer service. Just my two cents!
Hello! I run a multi-location repair shop and have been sourcing DJI Mavic motors from DroneSupplyHub. They generally charge around $39 for Mavic motors, and their quality has been consistently good. What I like about them is that they offer a 60-day warranty, which gives us peace of mind. Their website is user-friendly, and they provide bulk discounts, which helps reduce costs. However, I did experience some delays in shipping once, so keep that in mind if you’re in a hurry. Overall, I find them to be reliable, but make sure to place your orders ahead of time to avoid any potential downtime in your shop.
