Best wholesale supplier for Surface Laptop charging ports?
Hey everyone, I'm looking for some guidance on sourcing charging ports for Surface Laptops. We've been getting a few requests lately, and I want to ensure we're providing quality repairs without breaking the bank. I've tried a couple of local suppliers, but their prices have been all over the place, and the quality hasn't always been consistent. I’m especially interested in suppliers that offer good RMA policies, just in case we get some faulty parts. Hi! I've had great success with a supplier called PartsNow. Their Surface Laptop charging ports are reasonably priced, usually around $25 each when you order in bulk. The quality has been solid, and they have a 30-day RMA policy, which has saved me a few times. I typically order about 10 at a time to keep the stock up and avoid delays. I’ve used iFixit for some Surface parts, including the charging ports. They tend to be a bit pricier, around $30 each, but the quality has been good. Their return policy is decent too, but I find the shipping times to be a bit longer than I’d like. If you need parts quickly, you might want to look elsewhere. I usually combine orders with other components to save on shipping, which helps a bit.
