Best wholesale supplier for iPad Air home buttons?

Mei C.Pixel Perfect Repair2 answers

Hey everyone, I'm looking for the best wholesale supplier for iPad Air home buttons. We've been experiencing a few issues with the ones we've sourced lately, mainly with the quality and RMA processes. I usually buy in bulk to keep costs low, but I've found that some suppliers have been hit or miss regarding both the buttons' durability and their return policies. Any recommendations on suppliers that provide consistent quality and reliable service would be greatly appreciated! Also, if anyone has tips on handling returns effectively or has a specific workflow for testing these buttons before installation, that would be really helpful too. I want to ensure we're not wasting time with faulty parts that end up coming back. Thanks in advance for your input!

Hi! I've had great success with a supplier called 'PartsGuru'. Their iPad Air home buttons are well-priced (around $1.50 each when you buy in bulk) and the quality has been excellent. I've only had to return a couple out of hundreds, which is pretty good. Plus, their RMA process is straightforward and they handle returns quickly. I usually test the buttons by checking the adhesive and responsiveness before installation. It saves us a lot of headaches later on. Overall, I highly recommend them!

I've been sourcing from 'FixItFast' for a while now. Their prices are similar to PartsGuru, but I've had mixed results with the quality of the home buttons. Some work perfectly, while others have occasionally failed within a week of installation. They do have a decent RMA process, but it can take longer than I'd like. I suggest keeping an eye on your inventory and testing them as they come in, possibly even doing a batch test before adding them to your stock. It can be a bit more work, but it helps to minimize customer issues later.
