What do you charge for Nintendo Switch screen repair?

I'm curious to know what everyone charges for a Nintendo Switch screen repair. I've been running my shop for a little while now, and I've been considering adjusting my pricing based on what others are doing. Currently, I charge around $120, which includes the cost of the part and my labor. However, I'm not sure if that's competitive enough. I've sourced my replacement screens from a couple of different vendors, but I often wonder if I'm getting the best deal. I've heard varying prices from other shops, and I’d love to know if I’m in the right ballpark. Any insight on your pricing structures and where you source your parts would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there! I charge $150 for a Nintendo Switch screen repair. I get my parts from a reliable vendor called iFixit, which has decent quality. I find that including a warranty makes customers more comfortable with the price. As for workflow, I typically can complete the repair in about an hour, so I factor that into my pricing. I also use RepairShopr for tracking repairs and managing parts inventory, which helps streamline my operations. Hope this helps!

I generally charge around $100 for the screen repair, but I buy my screens from AliExpress, so the cost is lower for me. The quality is hit or miss, so I make sure to test each screen before installation. I take about an hour as well, but I find that having a solid system for handling customer communications is key. I use a simple ticketing system for that. Just my two cents!
